Payment model
MetaWin supports both wallet-connected and custodial crypto flows. The practical difference matters: with connected-wallet play, supported assets can remain tied to the user’s wallet flow; custodial balances use the operator cashier for deposits and withdrawals.
Bitcoin
MetaWin’s BTC guide describes Bitcoin mainnet transfers and warns that network fees come from the sending side. It also publishes a minimum BTC deposit threshold in its guide, which should be rechecked in the cashier because thresholds can change.

Ethereum
The ETH guide describes Ethereum mainnet plus lower-fee network options for some wallet flows. Never send ETH on a network that the receiving route does not explicitly support.
USDT
USDT is available across multiple networks depending on transfer type. This is a common source of mistakes because the token name can be identical while the underlying network differs.
Withdrawal safety checklist
- Copy the destination address instead of typing it.
- Confirm the network on both sending and receiving sides.
- Review provider/network fees and any minimum or maximum shown in the cashier.
- Consider a small test transfer.
- Remember blockchain transfers are generally irreversible.
